Wellness entrepreneur and Long Beach native who believes that joy, rhythm and healing belong together..
Like many women, I spent years pushing through stress, ignoring my body’s needs and showing up for everyone but myself.
When I started practicing yoga 15 years ago it changed my life. It's my favorite way to tap into my intuition, gain perspective, release stress, stay healthy and have fun!
This class is for people who love hip hop, aren't offended by explicit lyrics and ready to have a good time!
Yoga can be strenuous, and requires mindful movements and proper alignment to ensure a healthy practice. Listen to your body and make modifications as needed during class to prevent injury.
If you are coming to practice yoga with any injury or medical history it's important to consult your physician before starting physical activity. We do our best to keep everyone safe but it is up to you to be honest with your body and your limitations.
Hip Hop + Yoga is a celebration
of music, culture and movement.
