Yes! Please register for class online so that you can sign up and fill out the liability waiver ahead of time. Choose one of the pricing options above to register.
Yes, we suggest arriving at least 10 minutes early to check in so we can help you get settled on your mat. With safety and the group experience in mind, students are not permitted to join class later than 5 minutes after start time.
Bring water and yoga mat. In a rush or forgot your mat? No worries, we have extras to borrow. Come as you are comfortable: leggings, shorts, tees - whatever let's you move!
Yoga can be strenuous, and requires mindful movements and proper alignment to ensure a healthy practice. Listen to your body and make modifications as needed during class to prevent injury.
If you are coming to practice yoga with any injury or medical history it's important to consult your physician before starting physical activity. We do our best to keep everyone safe but it is up to you to be honest with your body and your limitations.
